Information about how TLK operates and handles your data

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TLK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and TLK. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The service is not available in any jurisdiction where its content or operation may be illegal. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Description of Service

TLK provides a platform for streaming media content, including movies, TV shows, anime, live sports, and music. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

4. User Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You may not share your account with others or allow any third party to access your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion for any violation of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account at any time, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abusive, harassing, or harmful behavior toward other users
  • Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Inactivity for an extended period

Suspension: Temporary restriction with a set expiration date. Your account is not visible to others and cannot be used during the suspension period. After the suspension ends, full access is restored automatically.

Permanent Ban: Your account is permanently terminated. You lose access to all services and cannot create a new account using the same email address.

Appeals: If you believe a suspension or ban was issued in error, you may submit an appeal using the form on the corresponding page. Appeals are reviewed by our team, and a response is not guaranteed. Abusive or repeated false appeals may result in no further action.

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a user or content that violates these Terms, you can submit a report through our reporting system. Reports are anonymous and help us maintain a safe environment. When reporting, you may be asked to provide:

  • The user being reported
  • The reason for the report (harassment, spam, impersonation, NSFW, hate speech, threats, scam, or other)
  • Optional additional context or details

Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action, which may include warnings, content removal, suspensions, or permanent bans. False or malicious reporting may result in action against the reporter.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls
  • Scraping, crawling, spidering, or using automated tools to access or extract data from the service
  • Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or abusing other users
  • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform, including overloading infrastructure
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the service

8. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any messages, comments, profile content, or other material you submit to the service ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant TLK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the service for the purpose of operating and providing the platform.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.

All comments must follow our Comment Policy, which prohibits untagged spoilers, advertising, toxicity, off-topic posts, NSFW content, and other violations. First-time infractions result in a temporary ban; repeated or severe violations result in a permanent ban.

9. Copyright & DMCA

TLK does not host, store, or transmit any copyrighted content on its servers. All media content is embedded or linked from third-party sources. TLK acts solely as a search, indexing, and aggregation tool. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.

If you believe that any content available through the service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

10. Third-Party Content & Links

The service may contain links to third-party websites, embedded content from third-party sources, and external services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.

All video content is provided by third-party hosting services. Music content is streamed via TIDAL's API and is the property of their respective rights holders. TLK does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or legality of any third-party content. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TLK EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TLK MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (C) THE QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR (D) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TLK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TLK, its operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy rights
  • Your User Content

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
